Our Cancelation Policy
To prevent any charges, we kindly ask to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will apply. A no-show will result in a full charge for the service and will be required to pay before receiving another service.
We appreciate your consideration for our small business by canceling your appointment properly. During this busy season, we have many clients eager to book. When appointments are missed without notification, it prevents others from securing a spot and affects our income. Thank you for valuing our time as we value yours by keeping your reserved slots.

To accommodate all of our wonderful clients, our schedule is fully booked each day. Arriving 5 to 10 minutes late may shorten your appointment and affect the clients scheduled afterward. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% service fee will be charged to your card on file.
